Results of November 2011 Vote

The recent vote on amending the bylaws and board elections has been tallied.  A detailed summary of the results is presented below.  Please note, an amendment to the bylaws must receive two-thirds of the vote to be adopted.

Bylaws Amendments

Question 1: Redefine “family unit.”

There were seven candidates running for three open, two-year Director positions.  Three candidates were part of the slate and four were nominated at the last membership meeting.

  • Carol Beehler: 89 slate + 11 individual = 100 votes.  Elected.
  • Susan Dunham: 40 individual votes
  • Peter Engelstadt: 28 individual votes
  • John Martin: 15 individual votes
  • Sue Silverstein: 89 slate + 7 individual = 96 votes.  Elected.
  • Bill Stromsem: 31 individual votes
  • Teri Tomlin: 89 slate + 10 individual = 99 votes.  Elected.
